All athletes in grades 6-11 that plan on playing football next season and are not in a winter sport are invited to participate in our off-season strength and conditioning program.
Sessions will be on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:10 p.m.
We are also offering a morning session on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. until 7:50 a.m. for those that have work or other responsibilities following the school day.
Our goal this off season is for anyone planning on playing next season in grades 7 – 12 make 3 sessions per week.
CMS parents there is a bus that runs to the high school each day and your student athlete may utilize this transportation to get to the weight room.
Our sessions are focused on the development of functional strength, speed, and agility. The training sessions will enhance the ability of the athlete in every sport.
