Spartan Football Well Represented

          Three Connersville High School football players are being recognized for their achievement in the classroom and on the field.  Drew Barriclow, Jacob Peyton, and Austin Bostwick were recently selected to the Indiana Football Coaches Associations Academic All-State team.  All three of these individuals were multiple year starters for the Spartans.

The Lady Spartans defeated EIAC rival Franklin County by a score of 47-46 on Saturday night. The team shot the ball extremely poor the first 3 quarters (20%), but closed it out by shooting 8-11 (73%) in the decisive 4th quarter.
