The Spartans struggled a bit around the greens but continue to improve their overall game. Coach Martin said we are working on multiple aspects of the game to understand the proper things we need to learn to lower each of our schools. Sophomore Jonah Graham led all golfers with a round of 42. Seniors Hutton Getz and Alex Austerman both continued to improve scoring a 47 and 52 respectfully. Senior Brayden Shafer struggled to find his form rounding out the scoring with 64. Freshman Nathan Shawl started off his round strongly but could not hold on and finished with a 65. Connersville will be in action next on Thursday as they visit the Red Devils in Richmond with the match set to begin at 5:30.
